Comments from the Director:
The movie has a slow start. Stick with it for the first 5 minutes, and you'll wanna see it through.
This is my first stop motion. It was a LOT of work. I know the FPS is lacking... as I said, it was my first stop motion film, and I tried to improve the FPS as I continued filming, so it should get a lot better near the middle/end.
I apologize for the messed up coloring of Jace Colt in the middle of the film.... that is a Windows Movie Maker flaw - after doing a certain number of audio layers, it starts messing with the color.
So.... how did I make this? I'm sure someone will ask this question.
My system for picture to movie was Windows Movie Maker. I used a muzzle flash packet and inserted by hand each muzzle flash, explosion, and smoke effect into each frame through Powerpoint 2010. Sound effects were from Soundbible, and music was from Royalty Free sources on Itunes... I'll post more info at the bottom.
I had a viewer asking me to do a tutorial... so I did one. You can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERQI12D6Kyc
Thanks again for watching the film! I hope you enjoyed it.
