How to Brand Individual Agents on Your Team

03:28
http://coachlarshedenborg.blogspot.com/2015/09/how-to-brand-individual-agents-on-your.html I like to answer questions I get about how I run my business so that you can use my knowledge to grow yours. Chad asks: "I understand you help your agents work their sphere by providing them with a personal KCM account and doing automated posts. Are these personal posts coming from The Lars Group, or is it branded as your actual buyer's agent individually?" This is a great question - the answer to which I wish I would have realized sooner. An agent on my team, Jon Wian, founded High Performing Agents Academy and will be helping us with this group. He started on my team with no general brokerage experience, but will sell over 100 homes this year. We build branded standalone websites for our agents. We've also come together with Keeping Current Matters to set up an agent blog with really good content. It's not hyper-local or anything, but the blog is branded to a particular agent, it has great stats and graphics, and all the leads go directly to the agent. Also, the emails that are sent out daily are easily posted to the agent's personal Facebook account. We track the amount of activity they do with note cards, Go For Nos, how many people they asked whether they're looking to buy or sell, how many social posts they did, and a host of other things. I'm not shying away from helping our agents build their brand inside our team. The truth is, it's the accountability that actually makes the results. I used to pride myself on the fact that at least 85% of our business is team generated, and now that has dropped down to 75% on 475 transactions. This is a 10% delta, but it's about 45 additional transactions because we're focusing on it now. They show up on day one with 50 SOI, and we have them build our their SOI on a regular basis. The logos are all Lars Group logos, so this is an example of how I give my agents the same tools I use in my business to help them. All of my agents have a BoomTown site as well. If you search it, you'll see that Jon has the same site and tools that I have. This allows me to hold him, and other agents with the same tools, accountable to grow their business. I've found this to work very well! Lars Hedenborg Certified High Performance Coach & Business Consultant 704-980-7585 [email protected]
The changing currency of brands

05:04
Ije Nwokorie, global CEO of Wolff Olins, is fascinated by the richness of what branding can be. More than simply an advertising tool, it is a cultural concept. "Branding sits at the juxtaposition of commerce, culture, technology and society -- all these rich meaningful things," says Nwokorie. "It is as fluid as a mark that people can remember and it is big enough that it can absolutely change what a city or a country is about." He sees it as the connection between real people and organisations that either want them to buy something, adopt something, use something or achieve some kind of action. Brands hold currency. "The exchange has to be fair on both sides. The brand will collapse if any one of those is opaque or takes advantage of each other," he says. "You want get a brand to be a clear value proposition both to the organisation that owns the brand and to the individual who uses it." Wolff Olins is paying increasing attention to the physical places where brands exist. Working in a similar fashion to service or product designers, agency staff observe people in the actual environment to understand how they encounter and use brands. "It turns out the place where people experience the brand is almost as important, if not more important, than what the branding is - and capturing that is a powerful thing," Nwokorie says. Recent work that Wolff Olins did for Skype, for example, is less about putting the brand on a pedestal than it is about the way people actually behave when they use the service. "It is about the reality, the imperfections, the messiness of using Skype," Nwokorie explains. "So that is the language we use to create a brand." Brands do not just have a relationship with technology; in a tangible sense, brands are nothing but technology. "If you go all the way back to the origins of branding, when it was about burning a mark on the side of a cow, that was delivery through that [particular kind of] technology. If you fast-forward to the '50s and '60s, brands were about storytelling because the dominant social technology of the time was television and radio," he says. "I think we live in a world where the dominant technology of our time is interaction through things we hold in our hands - and social media is a big part of that." The immediacy of digital interaction has radically shortened the distance between the organisation and the individual. "So 40 years ago I could tell a story through advertising and the person would go into a shop the following day. Today, those things are happening right in the consumer's hand," he says. Nwokorie proffers some advice for young designers: "Bring what you've got. You've got something that is totally unique to you, nobody can tell your story as well as you and nobody can bring that specific mix of talent to the creative process - ultimately that is your superpower." Should Veterinarians Have Individual Brand Pages in Addition to Clinic Website?

01:14
Some veterinarians may prefer to have an individual brand—outside of the veterinary clinic—in order to promote specialties and forge client relationships, says Caitlin DeWilde, DVM, owner of The Social DVM, LLC. “We're starting to see that trend, a lot of veterinarians are starting to have more individual brand pages in addition to the practice. Because when you think about it, you probably have a doctor you love right, or a dentist, okay well if they leave that practice are you going to go back to that practice and start over or are you going to follow that that dentist that you have a relationship with? It's not a great example being a dentist, but basically that's where people are starting to turn, because they want that relationship. And we know in the veterinary field that the relationships with a consistent doctor are enhanced, right, because they know you, they know the pet, they know the history a lot easier than if you see a different doctor every time you're there. And there's some people that do that and are going to pick appointments based on who's available at the time that they want. But there's a lot of clients, especially as we're getting into the age of—and well we're already there— of pets being our family members, you know, they want that relationship. And so, it's kind of neat to see these like individual personas emerge, and especially if you have like a side a side interest too, like something like rehab or something that's not really a part of the clinic.” View related content at https://www.vmdtoday.com.
Word Of Mouth Marketing

02:24
#wordofmouthmarketing (917) 775-8200 Word of Mouth Marketing is important for every business, as each happy customer can steer dozens of new ones your way. And it's one of the most credible forms of advertising because a person puts their reputation on the line every time they make a recommendation and that person has nothing to gain but the appreciation of those who are listening. What are you doing to make sure your potential ambassadors feel confident enough in your business to recommend it? What are you doing to trigger word-of-mouth? Here are some tips to help you generate word-of-mouth: Word-of-mouth is triggered when a customer experiences something far beyond what was expected. Slightly exceeding their expectations just won't do it. You've got to go above and beyond the call of duty if you want your customers to talk about you. Don't depend on your staff to trigger word-of-mouth by delivering "exceptional customer experience." Good customer service is sporadic, even in the best establishments. The customer who receives exceptional service today can't be sure their friends will receive the same tomorrow, so even the most well-served are unlikely to put their necks on the line and make a recommendation. Deep down, customers know service comes from an individual, not from an establishment. And even the best people have bad days. Word-of-mouth marketing (WOMM, WOM marketing), also called word of mouth advertising, differs from naturally occurring word of mouth, in that it is actively influenced or encouraged by organizations (e.g. 'seeding' a message in networks rewarding regular consumers to engage in WOM, employing WOM 'agents'). While it is difficult to truly control WOM, research[1] has shown that there are three generic avenues to 'manage' WOM for the purpose of WOMM: 1.) Build a strong WOM foundation (e.g. sufficient levels of satisfaction, trust and commitment), 2.) Indirect WOMM management which implies that managers only have a moderate amount of control (e.g. controversial advertising, teaser campaigns, customer membership clubs), 3.) Direct WOMM management, which has higher levels of control (e.g. paid WOM 'agents', "friend get a friend" schemes). Proconsumer WOM has been suggested as a counterweight to the commercially motivated word of mouth. When further research went into developing the concept of word-of-mouth marketing, many models behind the word of mouth strategy also developed. These models include the organic inter consumer influence model, the linear marketer influence model, and the network coproduction model. When dealing with the initial and simplest form of word of mouth Marketing it is related to the model of the organic inter-consumer influence model.[13] This means that organizations having no direct input of what is being said about the particular product, it is just one consumer talking to another about product reviews and or customer service experience. The main motivation behind this model is for others to warn and inform potential consumers of a product out of their best interest, not for personal gain.[13] This model is referred to as being organic because it occurs naturally, meaning it is not planned by the firm and occurs when the consumer wants to share their experience with a certain brand or product. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Word-of-mouth_marketing https://lnkd.in/e2akvXP Related Search Terms: word of mouth marketing strategy, word of mouth marketing examples, word of mouth marketing statistics, word of mouth marketing ideas, word of mouth marketing strategies, Referral Marketing, Word Of Mouth Advertising, Referrals, Marketing, Social Media, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Marketing buzz, marketing tips, marketing ideas, WOMM, WOMMA, WOM, https://bit.ly/2EpB0wk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30Avl2O-eiE https://bit.ly/2IN6wtx https://youtu.be/30Avl2O-eiE https://bit.ly/2UeoRkt https://youtu.be/v_8KeVjgGhs https://bit.ly/2IKc2x6 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpDh00QXHi3-aMQd77k4qsg https://twitter.com/CarDealerVideos https://bit.ly/2NBOkll Word of mouth marketing strategies, Word-of-mouth, Word of mouth marketing youtube, Word of mouth marketing association, Word-of-mouth marketing, Word of mouth marketing techniques, Word of mouth marketing example, Word of mouth marketing ideas, Word of mouth marketing video, Word of mouth, Word of mouth marketing plan, Word of mouth marketing strategy, Word of mouth marketing examples, Word of mouth marketing https://dms.licdn.com/playback/C4D05AQHwq8UqIoJkMQ/aa8a3a1f3be9409685af7dce30277175/feedshare-mp4_3300-captions-thumbnails/1507940147251-drlcss?e=1551603600&v=beta&t=G67LsV4pyiFvSBOgftWD7nvcQ1AMmm7UtOzvtN0rBis https://bit.ly/2C1q8V1

TUTORIAL: $10,000/Month with Print On Demand (By Choosing the RIGHT Designs) - Printful Tutorial

15:28
Discover why these 3 products (shirt, pillow & shoes) made over $10,000/month... ►► FREE PRINT ON DEMAND TRAINING: http://wholesaleted.com/go/printprofits ►► FREE EBOOK: http://wholesaleted.com/4-step *THE SECRET BEHIND WINNING PRODUCTS* There’s 2 tried-and-proven ways to consistently create winning products: Targeting trends Target a SUPER-HOT niche that doesn’t have many products already. The easiest way to do this is to create your own passion niche. To do this, you cross two passion niches together. For example: crossing Pugs with coffee. It’s not enough to target one niche with PoD - you need to have a clever twist to your designs. And this is what crossing two passion niches helps you achieve. Having products that speak to customers and embody THEM in a unique way that they haven’t seen before is what motivates them to BUY. *HOW TO FIND & COPY WINNING DESIGNS* Use Shutterstock to look exclusively for illustrations (these usually look the best when printed on t-shirts). Once you’ve set that, type in one passion niche e.g. Pug Dog. It can be quite difficult to cross two niches together at once, so here’s a pro tip: look up just ONE passion niche and scroll through the art people have already made and use THAT as inspiration. Using this technique, Sarah found a cross niche of Pugs and Unicorns. Next, you need to make sure the cross-niche is in demand. To do this, use Facebook’s ad targeting tool and see whether your cross niche falls within an audience of 100,000-500,000 people. Example: Target both keywords “Pug” AND “Coffee” and see how broad the audience is. If it falls under this range, there is enough demand to create a store out of. *HOW TO ADD PRODUCTS TO YOUR STORE* After you’ve found a cross-passion niche design that have good potential to test and sell, you’ll want to add them to your store. In this tutorial, we used Printful, which is free. Here are the step-by-step instructions to do this: Step 1: Download Printful from the Shopify App Store and click “Get”. Once loaded, click the “Install App” button and create an account. Step 2: Click the “Add product” button. Select the option “Choose File” and test it using a FREE sample image as shown in the video. You don’t want to go and buy a design, only to find that it looks terrible on a shirt! Step 3: Continue by clicking on the “Proceed to mock-ups” button and double check that ALL elements of the design - especially text - are visible and not too small. Then click the “proceed to description” button. Step 4: On the next page, you can update the text that’ll appear on your product listing for it. You can change the title, description and whatever else you like. When done, click the “proceed to pricing” button. Step 5: Here, you have to two options. 1) Set each individual price for each shirt. Or 2) if you’re too lazy, you can add whatever profit margin you want on top of it - e.g. 50% profit to each sale. Whichever option you pick, click Product Collections and select the right one. To finish off, click submit to store. *HOW TO SET UP PAYMENTS* When a customer actually comes in and orders it, we need to be set up to pay Printful for the order. Here’s how to do this: Step 6: On the Printful dashboard, click the “billing” button. Next, click the “Add Payment Method” button, and then select the “Save Payment Method” button. After this loads, type in your credit card number and give your billing address. Step 7: And once you’ve done that, scroll down and click Save Payment Method, and then just be a little more patient again and let Printful load. Once it has, your payment method is all set. [EXTRA TIP] *HOW TO ADD YOUR LOGO TO THE SHIPPING SLIPS ON THE PACKAGE* This helps to build a real, actual brand for your store and encourage repeat customers! Step 8: In the settings page inside the Printful app, select “Packing Slip” from the menu. Next, click “Select Image to Upload”. Find your store logo image file and open it. After a few seconds, when completely loaded - click “Save”. But remember - if you want to build a brand and have repeat, happy customers, then it’s important that you send them an awesome product. Here are some tips to do that. #1: Upload an HD image for so that your customers will love their shirt. #2: Avoid pictures that have backgrounds #3: Remember, you can print on MORE than just shirts! Did you know that you can print onto all SORTS of products? Wine glasses, blankets, clocks, even SHOWER CURTAINS! It’s not just t-shirts that sell well with Print on Demand - so don’t be afraid to get creative! #4: Avoid getting sued and buy the RIGHT image license DON’T FORGET: You can’t just use the standard image license when purchasing images on Shutterstock to resell by printing them on products. Purchase the ENHANCED image license.

16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:28
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! At this event, you'll learn how to: RECREATE YOURSELF You are where you are based on the way you view money, success, relationships and yourself. In order to recreate yourself, you will need a set of tools, strategies and mindsets to help you take that quantum leap to the next level. IDENTIFY YOUR NEXT 3 MOVES Your next 3 moves may be different than someone else’s. At The Vault, we will identify your BEST next 3 moves in both your personal and business life. SCALE IN GOOD OR BAD TIMES Many know how to win during good economic times but only a few know how to win during a recession or an economic collapse. The Forbes 400 is made up of leaders who knew how to anticipate, adapt and adjust swiftly to capitalize during bad times. MESSAGE FROM PATRICK BET-DAVID Dear Entrepreneur, Over the years, many of you have asked me why I create content and openly share my strategies with you. The answer is quite simple yet emotional. Simple because I believe the strategies I share can get anyone results living in any country. Emotional because I know how close I was to giving up and just being average and ordinary. How close I was to just throwing in the towel. How close I was to believing my critics that I wasn’t good enough to compete in the market place. I never thought I would wake up one day running a financial firm with nearly 10,000 agents with Oscar De La Hoya as one of my investors. I never thought I’d create a brand called “Valuetainment” that inspires millions of Entrepreneurs around the world. I never thought I would get to a point of having billionaires, politicians, influencers and celebrities on speed dial. But something changed. I got CLEAR on what I wanted and who I wanted to be. I got CLEAR on a problem solving strategy that helped me in the war room, board room and the bedroom. I got CLEAR on effective strategies and hacks that helped me grow during good times and bad times. I got CLEAR on the type of a leader I want to be and the type of a team I want to build. This is why “The Vault” is an event you must attend in 2019. I truly believe Valuetainment will be known as the brand that inspired the next generation of great leaders, minds, innovators and Entrepreneurs around the world. I will also be unveiling the vision of Valuetainment at the conference. We are in search for leaders around the world and I can’t wait to meet many of you face to face in Dallas. 8 Things to Do BEFORE You Start Selling on Amazon (Tips for New Amazon Sellers)

10:33
Learn the 8 things to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon & create an Amazon store. ►► How to Make 10k/Month Online ebook: http://wholesaleted.com/4-step ***VIDEOS REFERENCED*** How to Create an Amazon Account: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZjFjJNWLis How to Start an Aliexpress Dropshipping Store with No Money: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CWrd2gdTIs Amazon Restricted Categories: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y3Idp0CuKSg First thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Get an Amazon Pro Merchant Account Why? Because having an Amazon Pro Merchant Account is a necessary prerequisite to winning the Buy Box. Winning this is crucial as a new seller for two reasons: 1) About 80% of sales are made using the Buy Box - so not winning this means you miss out on crucial sales opportunities. 2) When you are the featured seller in the Buy Box the number of reviews you have are not featured, so it means that new sellers won’t be discriminated against for having little-to-no reviews by buyers. Even though it costs money compared to opening a free seller account, I strongly recommend it because you’ll make more money with one. Second thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Have the documents ready when applying for an Amazon account When creating an Amazon account, you will need the following documents: 1) Photos of a national ID (like a passport or a drivers license). 2) A bank statement with your address on it. So before you start an account, take photos and download your latest bank statement and upload these documents when Amazon asks for them. Third thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Act fast - DON’T wait! Amazon is regularly changing their requirements. For example… * In 2014 they changed Personal Care into a restricted category. * In 2016 they made it so new FBA sellers couldn’t send in their first shipment during the 4th quarter. * And in 2017, they changed it so you need to upload proof of ID documents during the account creation process. The sooner you get started, the easier it’ll be. Fourth thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Pick your Amazon business model There are several types of business models to pursue when opening your Amazon store (private labeling, wholesale selling, dropshipping & retail arbitrage). Before you open your Amazon business, you need to pick the right one that meets your skillset and access to resources. For example, private labeling has the advantage of being very hands-off. But it requires a large upfront investment. While a dropshipping business takes more time to manage, but it requires a lot less money to get started. Weigh up the pros & cons. Fifth thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Get a credit card (or a debit card) When you sell on Amazon you need to pay selling fees. To pay these, Amazon requires you have either a credit card or a debit card. You cannot use a Payoneer card or a prepaid debit card. If you don’t have this, then consider opening an Aliexpress dropshipping store on your own website. Sixth thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Figure out a plan to manage your cash flow Don’t be afraid by the word “cash flow.” All we mean is that you need to have a plan for how you are going to pay for the items you are going to sell. Why? Because Amazon holds your money for 2 weeks as a new seller. This means: 1) If you’re dropshipping, you need to have money to use in the meantime to order the items the customer has purchased. 2) If you’re private labeling, it’s prudent to have money set aside to replace inventory if your product gets super-successful super-fast. While you could save up hundreds to thousands of dollars, the easiest way to manage this is with a credit card. If you don’t have a credit card then I recommend working on your credit score and making it a priority to get one. Seventh thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Check if the category you want to sell in is restricted Some item categories on Amazon are unrestricted (ungated categories) and you can sell in them without submitting an application (e.g. home & gardening). But some categories are restricted (gated categories). Some categories are very easy to get unrestricted in (like clothing & accessories) but some are more difficult (e.g. food & grocery). Be sure to check before getting started. Eighth thing to do BEFORE you start selling on Amazon: Set aside time each day/week to manage/grow your Amazon business. Make sure you set aside time each day to fulfill orders & answer emails/questions. And set aside time each week to grow your business. For many this will be working on weekends. Doing this can be challenging: But it’s a right of passage that most business owners go through. So don’t get discouraged: The rewards are well worth it!

How to file and register a trademark WITHOUT a lawyer!!!

25:29
http://vondranlegal.com/zip-counsel-affordable-trademark-legal-services/ YES YOU CAN SHARE THIS VIDEO ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKS. MAKE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR POPULAR CHANNEL! DON'T FORGET TO WATCH THIS IMPORTANT VIDEO WHICH TALKS ABOUT HOW TO "SEARCH" BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A TRADEMARk. https://youtu.be/R7GqsYgOV4s Attorney Steve® does it again, this time with a helpful video for startup companies and individuals looking to register a federal trademark but who may not have the money to hire an intellectual property or trademark lawyer. This video is general legal information only and NOT legal advice or a substitute for legal advice. Trademark registration can be MUCH MORE COMPLEX than highlighted in this video. It is important to always do a thorough trademark search BEFORE applying for a trademark through the USPTO. Once you file, you cannot get your money back. So make sure there is no one else using your trademark before you apply. You can do this by searching the internet. Search for domain registrations that may be similar. Search on Google. You can Thomson Thomson to run a detailed paid search. You should also try to pick "arbitrary and fanciful" names as opposed to suggestive and descriptive terms. In other words "Nike" or "Xerox" are better names than "Sports Shoes Company" or "Copy Paper Inc." Be creative - think out of the box. Also, keep in mind there are many different things you can get a trademark (for goods) or service mark (for services) for. Examples are: 1. Your company logo 2. A slogan you use in your business 3. Nicknames (ex. "Johnny Football") 4. Your business name These are just a few of the common examples. At any rate, this video should help you understand what lawyers do when filing a trademark. This is the same process companies like LegalZoom do. So in short YOU CAN DO IT without a lawyer if you take time to read the screens, and watch some of their helpful videos the USPTO offers. If you need help and are willing to pay a LOW FLAT RATE FEE - we can help you. We can also help with the following: 1. Trademark name searches (we can help you pick a good mark to build your brand on) 2. Registering trademarks and service marks 3. Responding to office action letters (refusals or denials) from the trademark examiner 4. Cease and desist letters 5. Trademark arbitration, mediation, litigation 6. Domain name disputes For more information, call us at (877) 276-5084 or click on the link at the top of this page to go to our corporate homepage. As we like to say - we are The First Name In Legal Services" Hope you enjoyed this video!! Check out our others. Keep in mind there are RISKS associated with filing your own trademark with the USPTO (such as having to respond to an office action letter, or having your trademark denied when a good search would have prevented the filing), but many people are finding that filing a trademark application (for example to start your own clothing line, or a name of a band, or product name) is not as mysterious as people once thought. ATTORNEY STEVE TIP: Make sure you SEARCH your mark BEFORE you buy a domain name, engage in advertising, name your product etc. There is nothing worse than picking a name that some other company already has or which is "confusingly similar" to their name, This means your trademark will not register. This is the biggest risk of filing for your own trademark. Sometimes it is worth the money to just pay trademark counsel to search and file for your corporate trademark. We can do slogans, logos, and company names. _______________ PLEASE SUPPORT US ON PATREON - OUR GOAL IS TO BE THE LEADING PROVIDER OF LEGAL NEWS AND INFORMATION BUT WE THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN DO IT WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT. Interior Alpina B7 Individual BMW 7-Series

01:53
When a standard BMW just isn’t good enough for you and you’re in search of more performance, greater refinement and a unique look, Alpina is the place to head. Alpina has such close ties to BMW that it has almost become an extension of the German brand and offers vehicles to suit all needs and among the very finest is the B7, based around the 7-Series. Essentially the closest thing on the market to an M7, Alpina’s take on the range-topping BMW is a true AMG rival and the following example recently delivered in Abu Dhabi is surely one of the most spectacular. For starters, it is the only one painted in this unique shade dubbed Chestnut Brown and complemented by a Tartufo interior. Typically, brown cars look horrendous. However, this Alpina manages to pull it off thanks to the golden tinge the paint has and the bright gold accents found on the custom pinstriping and badging. A set of tightly-spoked silver wheels then complete the exterior looks. Inside, the seats have been bathed in a sophisticated shade of brown and complemented by wooden accents and black leather across the upper half of the dashboard and the steering wheel. As with all other B7 models, power comes from a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine delivering 600 hp and 580 lb-ft of torque, enabling the model to accelerate to 100 km/h (62mph) in just 3.7 seconds before topping out at a 330 km/h (205 mph) top speed. http://www.carscoops.com/2017/01/alpina-b7-individual-certainly-looks.html

Video At Inflection Point: From Branding To Driving Sales, Says Sequent's Spaeth

04:31
While brand marketers have employed marketing mix modeling for a long time, it’s not the most effective way to measure the return on digital video. That’s where attribution comes in. “Attribution looks at things at a very detailed transaction level. Individual people and households and devices, so it’s able to really see the impact of digital video,” says Jim Spaeth, who is a Partner at the Sequent Partners consultancy. Spaeth is one of a host of industry experts who gathered in Manhattan for the recent Beet.TV Leadership Summit titled Outcomes, presented by video marketing technology provider Eyeview. In this interview, he talks about the impact of video throughout the purchase funnel and the “astronomical” ROI for Honda dealerships highlighted by a Sequent case study. “Mix modeling is a great tool that serves a great purpose, but it’s not very fine its view of the marketplace,” says Spaeth. And because video usually isn’t the biggest piece of a marketer’s overall budget, it’s hard to get a read on its direct contributions to sales. Last year, Sequent was tapped by Eyeview to do a deep dive on the importance of video in driving offline sales. Sequent surveyed more than 200 senior brand managers and interviewed some two dozen in depth. The study’s most noteworthy findings indicated that to demonstrate real ROI from video marketing campaigns, brands must embrace a one-to-one model instead of one-to-many. The research also revealed that digital video is at its inflection point of the adoption curve, moving from a branding to a sales tool. Some 50% of respondents were using ROI as a way of gauging the payback of digital video and about 50% of them said they hoped to be doing so “in another year or two,” according to Spaeth. He cites the example of TriHonda Dealers (Connecticut, New Jersey and New York), which had “one of the most spectacular ROI’s I’ve ever seen.” Each dollar invested in the campaign returned $7 in profit. “It was tremendously effective for them,” says Spaeth. “They really pulled together kind of the triple header of strong creative, good targeting and personalization.” This video is part of a Beet.TV leadership summit on video outcomes presented by Eyeview. What's the Best Surfboard in the World? – Starring Julian Wilson

16:04
The overriding goal of this project was to see if we could answer the question: Is it possible to call a surfboard the best in the world? Sure, it’s a flawed objective. A board’s performance is subjective. But acknowledging this, we invited 12 of the world’s best shapers to each create a board for an unidentified 6’0”, 80kg CT surfer. Fast-forward some months and Julian Wilson was standing in the garage of a West Oz rental, opening two coffins full of cleanskin boards – no markings, no stickers, no pencil on the stringer, nothing identifiable – one from California, the other direct from Sydney. And so, Jules and his blank knife collection settled into West Oz. We had 36 coloured stickers created by artist Paul McNeil and we included surplus colours and numbers just in case Jules was superstitious around any digits or shades. And, Julian’s 10-day game of Who’s Who began. Four photographers, three filmers and one producer were tasked with the story telling. The surfing is a perfect example of the output Julian Wilson could deliver if he ever went without jersey (and his own boards, for that matter). Watch it above. Directed by: Sam McIntosh Produced by: Damien Fahrenfort Art direction: Shinya Dalby Filmed by: Toby Cregan, Jimmy Lees, Rick Jackovic (water footage) Edited by: Mike Pagan Still photography: Ryan Miller, Chris Gurney, Andy Staley Read more at http://stabmag.com/watch-stab-in-the-dark-starring-julian-wilson/#5SHiAlYvoULk4f1H.99

Sell as Individual Amazon New Service|अब,घर बैठे पुराना सामान बेचे..!

04:27
Amazon has just launched a new service called Sell as Individual, which allows you to sell your used goods. The service is currently only available in Bengaluru. With Sell as Individual, you can sell products locally in your city, and Amazon offers doorstep pick-up, packing, and delivery of used goods you're selling. To sell a product, just go to the Sell as Individual page, and you have to fill in a small form, where you choose the category of the product, add a photo, price, and the pickup details. Although there is a city selector in a drop-down menu, Bengaluru is the only option in that menu for now. Once you've made your listing, the product is listed on Amazon.in (as a used product), at the price you have listed. Other customers can now shop for it as usual, and make the purchase. Amazon will then email you once the product is sold, and schedule a pickup. It will then come, collect the product, package it, and ship it to the buyer. In case the product it returned by the buyer, Amazon will ship it back to you, at no charge. Once the sale is completed, Amazon will transfer the money to you - minus a small fee.

2011 BMW Individual 7-Series Composition

01:37
Harmonious partnership born out of a passion for perfection. Munich/Hamburg. As part of an exclusive partnership and with effect as of next year, the Munich-based premium carmaker BMW will be supporting the international talent programme of piano manufacturer Steinway & Sons. The aim of the joint initiative between BMW and Steinway & Sons is to promote and nurture young musicians at national and international level. With production facilities in Hamburg and New York, the world-renowned manufacturer of upright and grand pianos has partnered authorised Steinway dealers for several decades in promoting piano competitions for children and young people up to the age of 17. The competitions enjoy considerable prestige and have already brought international recognition to a number of great artists. Another key component of the company's efforts to promote young musical talent is the International Steinway Festival, which takes place in Hamburg every two years. This festival brings together piano competition winners from the nine countries in which the competitions are currently held. The highlight of the event is the festival concert, which gives all the pianists an opportunity to showcase their skills and experience the concert environment in front of a large audience without the pressure of competition. To kick off this exclusive cooperation, BMW is presenting its special limited-edition BMW Individual 7 Series Composition inspired by Steinway & Sons on 11 November 2010 at the Hamburg factory of Steinway & Sons. Dr Uwe Ellinghaus, Director BMW Brand Steering and BMW Brand Management, commented: "We very much look forward to our partnership with Steinway & Sons, like BMW a premium brand with the highest quality standards and a passion for detail. The special-edition BMW Individual 7 Series Composition embodies the desire of both brands to combine aesthetics, comfort and technical perfection. With its aim to provide support for future talent, the BMW Group considers that promoting the Young Steinway Artists in this way is a perfect adjunct to its commitment to culture." The luxury saloons of the BMW 7 Series express the aesthetics, quality and exclusivity which both brands epitomise. A design style with a commitment to perfection is the hallmark both of vehicle production at BMW Individual and of upright and grand piano manufacturing at Steinway & Sons. For its world premiere in Hamburg, the BMW Individual 7 Series Composition inspired by Steinway & Sons will be presented in two perfectly coordinated colour variants. Deliberately reminiscent of the piano keyboard, the colour schemes reflect the contrast between black and white. The exclusive appearance of these luxury saloons is characterised by top-quality craftsmanship and the use of exquisite materials. At the same time, the paint finish -- in a choice of black or white -- and upholstery and surface materials are the result of a design and build quality that is unique worldwide and has been developed specifically for this special edition. The body's paintwork, for example, in which each coat of paint is individually smoothed and polished by hand, boasts a high-end finish comparable to that of piano lacquer. Precise highlight details, together with an audio system specially adapted to the luxury saloon's interior, complement the sophisticated ambience and add an even more exclusive touch to this special edition. The vehicles, produced as a special limited edition by BMW Individual, are built to customer specifications and based on the normal or long-wheelbase versions of the luxury saloon.

Corprate Building - SABC Education Career Guide

Corporate branding is the practice of using a company's name as a product brand name. It is an attempt to use a brand to create product brand recognition. It is a type of family branding or umbrella brand. Disney, for example, includes the word "Disney" in the name of many of its products; other examples include IBM and Heinz. This strategy contrasts with individual product branding, where each product has a unique brand name and the corporate name is not promoted to the consumer. Corporate branding means one advertising campaign can be used for several products. It also allows new product acceptance because potential buyers are already familiar with the name.
