Place Branding, an economic necessity or a political will? – Andrea Lucarelli

00:55
What do slogans such as ”The Capital of Scandinavia” or ”Where Sweden Begin” have in common? In my research, I explore the political logic behind them. Rather than being a contemporary economic necessity, they could be seen as a series of historical and political activities that influence regional development, resident identification and local party politics. http://www.sbs.su.se/en/Research/Faculty/Andrea-Lucarelli/

11:34
Here are our latest ~$100 dash camera recommendations for 2017. This is an update to the video we released in May. UPDATE - OCT 2nd, 2018: We replaced the A118C2 and the Goluk T3 with the Blueskysea B1W. It has better video quality, customer service and most importantly error notifications. Review: https://youtu.be/sNvPGQbcKEI Read our article for our updated recommendations for 2018: https://www.carcamcentral.com/guide/best-dash-cams-car-dvrs-black-boxes-of-2018 RESOURCES MENTIONED • Our SD Card Recommendations: https://youtu.be/3QAF2flNsVc • Guide to parking mode cameras and hardwiring: https://www.carcamcentral.com/guide/guide-parked-recording-dash-cameras • Top 3 Premium Cameras: https://youtu.be/zn6Sd2PXtmQ - - - - OUR PICKS & FULL REVIEWS We earn a commision from some of the retailers we link below. Since Jan 2017 we have purchased all dash cameras we review. This is an older review and we have a few cameras we got for free. Go to the bottom for disclosure. We do not get paid by manufacturers. We only recommend products after many hours of research, hands-on testing and analysis. #1 Viofo A119V2 - $100 Best value camera for most drivers. Stealthy, video quality, good reliability. Our updated review for the newer V2 model and why the A119S isn't better: https://youtu.be/mMvRSV8XLrA Get it: Amazon USA: http://amzn.to/2yd10Hp Amazon CAN: http://amzn.to/2kRiu9y Amazon UK: http://amzn.to/2sRULrK eBay: http://ebay.to/2yNeRI5 (estore009, great seller, China) #2 Blueskysea B1W The A118C and the Viofo G1W-S are no longer recommended. Our new recommendation for the cheapest warm weather camera is the Blueskysea B1W - which is better than our previous picks. It adds WiFi functionality, is cheaper and more reliable. Graveyards for Unsold Cars

01:59
When automakers have unsold cars, they often ship them to locations where the automobiles sit until they fall apart. An article in Zero Hedge claims the lots are vast graveyards for unsold cars, but other observers are challenging the charges. One of these massive parking lots for unsold cars is in Sheerness, in north Kent, England. There are hundreds of similar lots around the world, including more than 57,000 rotting cars in one location in Baltimore. The report claims sales of new cars has been declining over the last few years, leaving millions of cars without an owner. They sit in the giant lots, unused and unmaintained. As manufacturers produce more cars, the companies buy more land around the auto graveyards to contain the vehicles. Zero Hedge stated, "The car industry would never sell these cars at massive reductions in their prices to get rid of them, no they still want every buck. If they were to price these cars for a couple of thousand they would sell them. However, nobody would then buy any expensive cars and then they would end up being unsold." Many of these giant lots are visible on Google Maps, including a former test track in Sunderland, England. That track was recently closed due to the enormous number of unsold cars covering the grounds. The latest map views show the automobiles disappeared, according to Zero Hedge. Matt Hardigree, writing for Jalopnik, states that many of the pictures shown by Zero Hedge are old. He said, "Go back into the Getty or AFP or AP sources for these photos and you'll see, by and large, they're photos from the middle of the post-recession Carpocalypse when the car market collapsed in Europe and the United States." If the reports of auto gravelyards are true, this would not be the first time corporations have thrown away vast quantities of unsold product. In 1983, Atari buried tens of thousands of copies of their video Game, E.T. the Extraterrestrial, after suffering the worst failure ever in the history of electronic games. http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-05-16/where-worlds-unsold-cars-go-die http://jalopnik.com/that-zero-hedge-article-on-unsold-cars-is-bullshit-1578124255 http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-05-01/another-month-another-gm-channel- stuffing-record http://www.vincelewis.net/unsoldcars.html http://www.snopes.com/photos/automobiles/unsoldcars.asp Download your free Next News "Heroes & Villains" Poster here: http://nextnewsnetwork.com/the-2013-heroes-villains-posters Donate USD: http://nnn.is/donate-dollars Donate BTC: http://nnn.is/donate-bitcoin LIVE: http://NextNewsNetwork.com Facebook: http://Facebook.com/NextNewsNet Twitter: http://Twitter.com/NextNewsNet Sub: http://NNN.is/the_new_media Meet the Next News Team: http://youtu.be/2QnNKwQ2WkY Hashtag: #N3 About: Next News Network's World News program airs daily at 6pm and 11pm Eastern on Comcast, DirecTV and Over-the-Air and Online at http://NNN.is/on- World News is available to 6 million viewers from South Beach to Sebastian, Florida and to 2 million viewers in Boston, Massachusetts via . broadcasts on RF channel 44 (virtual channel 9) from Palm City and is carried on cable TV channels 44 (SD) and 1044 (HD) by AT&T, on cable channels 17 (SD) and 438 (HD) in West Palm Beach by Comcast, on satellite channel 44 (SD) in West Palm Beach by DIRECTV, and on -Boston which broadcasts on RF channel 38 (virtual channel 6) from the Government Center district in downtown Boston. 【Steins;Gate - Load Region of Déjà vu ED】Always in this Place いつもこの場所で | English Cover

02:05
This anime was a heartbreaking journey for me. Now that it's finally come to an end, I felt like making a cover for one of the songs. Hopefully this cover will make your day a bit better~ Also, the harmonies were really fun to do! Progress log (Day 162): I feel what I need to work on most is the control of suppressing tension when I sing. Sometimes I get it, and sometimes I don't. It's a hit and miss right now. But I know that I'm getting more used to this practice in singing, so I'll keep working on it and see how it goes. ~ CREDITS ~ Song: "Always in this Place"(Itsumo Kono Basho de / いつもこの場所で) Anime: Steins;Gate - Load Region of Déjà vu / 劇場版 シュタインズ・ゲート 負荷領域のデジャヴ Original: Ayano English lyrics: weakvocals Image: http://sf.co.ua/id81236 ~ Lyrics ~ There will always be someday, a time someday in the future when we look back That someday is when you will laugh, like always before in the past Within the flowing fast river of time, I know there's something dear to me It is what I've always been long searching for A little hidden ray of light that shines, in a world so far in time Imprisoned from this life of mine Couldn't freely open up, to the person that I love I am trapped in this cycling of pain The days pass slowly one-by-one, I can't help but feel confused Still I keep my thoughts where no one but myself would know There will always be someday, a time someday in the future when we look back That someday is when you will laugh, like always before in the past The overlaps of thoughts and emotions in us we hold, will conjoin and form a brand-new World Line These feelings deep inside, our faith in one another won't ever be lost Please cherish them, and let us never forget Look up into the sky, know that you're not alone

#JFDF2018 - Cocktail Clash

03:39
The second iteration of the Jamaica Food & Drink Festival (JFDF) Cocktail Clash took place on Tuesday, October 16 at the KIA Showroom on Oxford Road. The event saw 12 sponsor representatives battle over four rounds in the hopes of being crowned the winner. This year's judges were Tru-Juice Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication Marsha Lumley, Select Brands brand manager Jaime Bicknell, CB Group assistant brand manager Joelle Lodenquai and Barcode chief mixologist Wynton Hudson. They sipped all 15 drinks and judged the cocktails on both taste and appearance. We didn't envy them. In the first round, sponsored by Appleton, Rainforest Seafood's Bethany Young, CB Food's Ryan Silvera, JFDF ambassador Leighton Facey and the Jamaica Observer Ltd's Nicolette Woolery faced off, with Silvera emerging as the winner. The second round, sponsored by Select Brands, saw Yello Media's Rasheed Girvan, Seprod's Kerrian Johnson, KIA Motors' Dorian Williams and defending champion Massy Gas' Mark Defreitas going head-to-head. Defreitas won. He definitely came to retain the crown. Round three's contestants, Sagicor Life's Chris Lawe, attorney-at-law Ron Young, Gustazos' Charlotte Chantiloupe and National Bakery's Stacy-Ann Neilson battled as if life depended on it, making for the most exciting elimination round that evening. This round, too, was sponsored by Appleton. Lawe was successful and went on to the Select Brands-sponsored finals where he joined Silvera and Defreitas. Lawe emerged the winner. Ever the responsible festival organisers, the JFDF ensured that there were copious amounts of food to counter the effects of the delicious cocktails being poured by Barcode. Roast Meats' Simon Levy brought a tasty spread that comprised chorizo sliders with spicy aioli, butter chicken canapés with tomato jam, delicious moist jerk pork served with an orange marmalade sauce and housemade hot sauce, Caribbean Passion sausages with Dragon (the stout, not the fire-breathing mythological creature, har) mustard and salmon mousse-schmeared crostini. As one guest said: “Tuesdays can be hard and this was a great way to spend one.” Thursday Social agrees. Here are highlights from the 2018 Jamaica Food & Drink Festival Cocktail Clash. http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/social/bottom-s-up-jfdf-cocktail-clash-2018_147156?profile=1237

Continuity and Innovation in Russia's Way of War

01:21:33
Russia's ongoing military operations in Ukraine and Syria present an evolving challenge for analysts and observers. The perception of novelty in the Russian approach to achieving military effect sparked a fashion in the West for referring to "hybrid warfare" or a "Gerasimov doctrine" - two concepts unrecognizable in Russia. That trend has now largely passed within the expert community, but debates continue on the roots of Russia's way of war, how sustainable it may be, and where it may be employed next. Keir Giles will present findings from his recent major report issued through Chatham House, "Russia's 'New' Tools for Confronting the West". He argues that the approaches and capabilities demonstrated by Russia in 2014-16 are best understood not as a radical new invention, but as traditional Russian and Soviet doctrine, enhanced by adoption of new technologies. This continuity gives pointers to how they may develop further, and what limits they may place on Russian ambition. Featuring: Keir Giles Associate Fellow, Russia and Eurasia Programme, Chatham House Moderated by: Olga Oliker Senior Adviser and Director, Russia and Eurasia Program, CSIS This event is made possible through the support of the Carnegie Corporation of New York.

Barone Pizzini Brand Video

09:19
Franciacorta is marked by a long and deep sense of place. It references both a place of origin in name (Franciacorta is Italy’s first sparkling DOCG) and a method of production, metodo classico, where second fermentation occurs in bottle. The hills surrounding Lake Iseo form a glacial amphitheater, and it is here where the bubbly wines of Franciacorta were widely prized and consumed as early as the 13th century. Since 1870, Barone Pizzini has captured the area’s long cultural significance to help shape both Franciacorta’s legacy and contemporary character. The winery is a keen observer of their land, developing thoughtful farming models that have propelled the estate at the vanguard of their region.

India's nuclear doctrine and nuclear diplomacy

01:05:49
Questions covered during this discussion of India’s nuclear weapons policies included: how does the country’s leadership view deterrence and strategic and crisis stability, in the region and beyond? Should the country revise its nuclear doctrine? What are the opportunities and challenges for India in this regard? Finally, what are the potential next steps and early wins for India’s application to the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG)? India’s nuclear doctrine focuses on ‘no first use’ and ‘massive retaliation’. The country has made a longstanding commitment to nuclear disarmament. As a responsible user of civil nuclear energy, it enjoys the support of nearly all members of the P5 in its bid to become a member of the NSG. At the same time, India is enhancing its ability to launch nuclear weapons from land, air and sea. Besides testing for the fourth time the Agni-V 5000km ballistic missile in December 2016, India reportedly commissioned the first of the Arihant-class nuclear powered submarines in August 2016. Policymakers in New Delhi remain engaged with nuclear deterrence and diplomatic trends in India’s immediate neighbourhood, as well as the Indo-Pacific and global contexts. Ambassador Rakesh Sood is currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation. He was appointed as the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of India for Disarmament and Non-proliferation Issues from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as India’s Ambassador to France from August 2011 to March 2013. He also served as Ambassador of India to Afghanistan from January 2005 to January 2008, and as Ambassador to Nepal and Permanent Representative of India to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva. Earlier postings included Washington DC and Islamabad, and at the Foreign Ministry Headquarters as Joint Secretary, Disarmament and International Security Affairs (DISA). This event was chaired by Rahul Roy-Chaudhury, Senior Fellow for South Asia, IISS. It took place in the Trafalgar Room, Arundel House, 13–15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.

UT has a conversation with Maksym Bakhmatov, General Director of the National Expocenter of Ukraine (VDNH), about how the company has already been changed and what transformations are still ahead. The Expocenter's strategic plan for the next 20 years will be presented in late September, the general director says. "We decided that it should remain as a place of all the best in our country. But the logic of presenting should be changed. Now we are finishing a plan, a concept of developing this territory for next 20-30 years. It will be presented in the end of September and we will tell what will be on this territory for the following years. Briefly, it will be a new cultural and innovation center of Ukraine", Bakhmatov said. 'Hey Bill Nye, How About Hydraulic Knees?' #tuesdayswithbill

04:01
Bill Nye is an engineer by trade so you know his answer to this one is going to be good. Learn how the rudder of a Boeing 747 can potentially inspire an inventor to develop a better brand of prosthetics. Do you want to ask Bill a question for a future "Tuesdays with Bill?" Click here to learn how to submit: (http://goo.gl/Joiqzo). Read more at BigThink.com: http://bigthink.com/videos/bill-nye-on-pneumatic-kneecaps Follow Big Think here: YouTube: http://goo.gl/CPTsV5 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BigThinkdotcom Twitter: https://twitter.com/bigthink Transcript - Patrick Lee: Hi. I'm at Patrick Lee from Deerpath Middle School. I'm in fifth grade. And my question is do you think hydraulics could help people with knee problems when their knee breaks down and it could help it go down much softer? Bill Nye: Patrick, let me start by saying that is a fabulous tie. Way to go man. It looks good. You know, people are skeptical to pink. I like the pink. I like the purple. I think it's good. Good choice. That is a great question, could hydraulics help somebody's knees? There's a great word they use in medicine a prosthetic, meaning an artificial limb. I got to say yes absolutely. I don't know how familiar you are with hydraulics but you asked about it, but the idea is hydro is a word for water and hydraulics use fluids, which do not compress very much. Water hardly compresses at all, if you squeeze it hardly anything happens. And the same is true of the oil in the transmission of cars. And the oil that's in the pistons, the shock observers of the car and it's very reasonable that this would work. Because what hydraulics do is so fabulous is they provide a tremendous amount of force from a small object, a small actuator. And the other thing they really help with is what's called damping, which used to be called dampening. But the faster you move something the more damping slows it down. It sounds tricky but it's not. You've done it. So what happens in a hydraulic actuator they'll have an opening, which is another I think it's a Greek word an orifice. So when you try to squeeze the oil or the water through that opening it slows it down. And the faster you try to go the more it slows it down and this has to do with the nature of fluids. And there's a whole study in physics called fluid mechanics, but yes that is a great idea. You're going to be an inventor Patrick. Way to go man. Let me tell you, I used to work at Boeing on the 747 airplane, which is getting to be an old airplane now but the president still flies around on a 747. It's a Boeing plane like a 757, 767, 737, 787. Anyway, there's two things I worked on a lot, one of them was a rudder and that's the thing that steers the plane this way. And that thing is so powerful. So there's a pump – there's four pumps by the engines and each pump is unbelievably reliable and just they work for years and years because the thing they pump is oil so they're always getting lubricated, they're always slippery inside which keeps things from wearing out. Anyway, those pumps make 3000, we used to all do it in English units, pounds per square inch. As they say, if you want to move a house, if you want to move the Washington Monument that far in a 20th of a second, a 747 rudder actuator will do it for you. And so that is a great idea man. You can get so much force in hydraulics and a knee could be the perfect place for it. Now just notice when you go to do it you're going to need a place for the actuator to push and you're going to need something to pull with. In my day, I'm sure it still is, this is called a wishbone crank because it's kind of like a wishbone. You're going to need a force and you're going to need a lever, something that's not quite in the same access as the force. You'll figure it out. That is a great idea Patrick. Be an inventor. Change the world. Nicely done. You know what Patrick, I bet you have someone in your life who needs an artificial knee. Help him or her out. Way to go.

Employability, career building, bricks and introducing brand me

02:21
The idea of practice-driven masterclasses came up in what we call “employability week”. That’s an event we run from time to time for graduating students at the university in Cambridge England where I occasionally revisit a long career in brand management and lecture to a variety of Bachelor, Masters and MBA classes in marketing. From employability we inevitably turned to discussing career building - career building in the 21st century is a much greater challenge than getting a job and matters a great deal more than employability to university graduates. And we ended up in a discussion about the challenges of marketing “brand me”. A two-minute master class lasts - and this will not surprise the astute observer - about two minutes. And I know what you must be thinking. One 2-minute class surely cannot be a worthwhile end in itself. But consider that one two-minute master class piled on a second two-minute masterclass and on a third and fourth, and so on might be different. Like thoughtfully placing building block on building block can lead you to a very worthwhile end - in this case, completion of a master course in marketing. And that's what we offer you on the two-minute master class channel. Building blocks on a mastercourse in marketing. There isn’t time to show you all of the classes we will be presenting in the next few months. But here is a useful sample. We will be talking especially of marketing brand me – but also of alligators, swamps and objectives – how marketing builds cathedrals, marketing from cave to galaxy, mining for gold under the floorboards of business, brands and black holes, making money with marketing - the two Ps of marketing and the one that really matters. Putting price in its place - marketing makes friends of the boss and bean counters harnessing marketing complexity before marketing complexity drowns you and you which it will. These two-minute master classes are different. You won't find anything like these classes in a conventional classroom. But it's not in a classroom that you have to compete in life. It's in the real world in a real marketplace. That's where jobs are waiting for you. That's where a career is waiting for you and that's where these classes are really going to help.

American Made Bombs Are Killing School Children In Yemen

04:13
Dozens of children have been killed in Yemen in recent weeks by bombs made in the United States and supplied to our allies overseas. The United States is complicit in the murders that are taking place, and the corporate-controlled media has barely made a peep about what is happening. Defense contractors are making a killing off of killing, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.   Link – https://www.commondreams.org/views/2018/08/26/us-bombs-are-killing-children-yemen-does-anybody-careSupport us by becoming a monthly patron on Patreon, and help keep progressive media alive!: https://www.patreon.com/TheRingofFire Spread the word! Those children were actually on a celebratory field trip to celebrate the fact that they had just finished all their summer courses. They were celebrating. They just hit a major accomplishment. They were done. They could take a break. And U.S. made weaponry killed them because we're selling those weapons to Saudi Arabia. Two weeks later, last Thursday, actually, 26 children and 4 women were murdered, again, by U.S. made weapons while trying to flee violence in Yemen. Once again, those weapons were made by U.S. defense contractors and launched by our allies in the Middle East. Starting to see a pattern here, aren't you? U.S. made weaponry is killing children all over the planet, and we're doing absolutely nothing about it. I mean, CNN, the warmongering network that's never met a conflict they didn't like, even they had enough courage to come out and speak out against what the United States is doing oversees, murdering children. We may not be the ones pulling the trigger, but we're the ones handing them the trigger to do it. They're targeting school buses, school buses filled with children, to die. Why? Well, that's really not that clear. Is this part of the War on Terror? Is it just Saudi Arabia acting as a terror nation? That's what it seems like to any observer at this point. Yet for some reason, in spite of their gross human rights abuses, in spite of the fact that there is no equality to speak of in that country whatsoever, we're their ally and we give them lots of weapons. They then take these weapons and murder innocent people for no apparent reason, no discernible reason at least, but that's what's happening. The defense contractors here in the United States, the Boeings, the Lockheeds, the people making these bombs and missiles, they love it because every time a missile gets fired, they got to come back and buy another one. They fire 10, they come back and buy 20. That's how it works, and the U.S. government is more than happy to facilitate that relationship between the missile makers and the missile launchers. Right now, they're just the intermediaries. They're going to sell as much as they can to countries like Saudi Arabia because we want to stay friends with them for some reason, even though they're one of the worst countries out there at this point. Something has to change. Something has to be done. We cannot sit by while our weapons that are made here in the U.S. are being used to murder school children, but that is exactly what is happening today. There needs to be investigations. There needs to be some kind of sanctions on Saudi Arabia, starting with we won't sell them weapons anymore. But, unfortunately, that's never going to happen because Saudi Arabia wants our weapons almost as badly as we want their oil, and there's no amount of child's blood that can be shed to make us kick that oil habit that Saudi Arabia's more than happy to supply us with.

Gravitational Astronomy? How Detecting Gravitational Waves Changes Everything

10:17
We’ve now had multiple detections of gravitational waves, opening up a whole new field: gravitational astronomy. We talk about the detections made so far, and how we can see the Universe in a whole new way. Support us at: http://www.patreon.com/universetoday More stories at: http://www.universetoday.com/ Follow us on Twitter: @universetoday Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/universetoday Google+ - https://plus.google.com/+universetoday/ Instagram - http://instagram.com/universetoday Team: Fraser Cain - @fcain / [email protected] Karla Thompson - @karlaii Chad Weber - [email protected] Just a couple of weeks ago, astronomers from Caltech announced their third detection of gravitational waves from the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory or LIGO. As with the previous two detections, astronomers have determined that the waves were generated when two intermediate-mass black holes slammed into each other, sending out ripples of distorted spacetime. One black hole had 31.2 times the mass of the Sun, while the other had 19.4 solar masses. The two spiraled inward towards each other, until they merged into a single black hole with 48.7 solar masses. And if you do the math, twice the mass of the Sun was converted into gravitational waves as the black holes merged. These gravitational waves traveled outward from the colossal collision at the speed of light, stretching and compressing spacetime like a tsunami wave crossing the ocean until they reached Earth, located about 2.9 billion light-years away. The waves swept past each of the two LIGO facilities, located in different parts of the United States, stretching the length of carefully calibrated laser measurements. And from this, researchers were able to detect the direction, distance and strength of the original merger. Seriously, if this isn’t one of the coolest things you’ve ever heard, I’m clearly easily impressed. Now that the third detection has been made, I think it’s safe to say we’re entering a brand new field of gravitational astronomy. In the coming decades, astronomers will use gravitational waves to peer into regions they could never see before. Being able to perceive gravitational waves is like getting a whole new sense. It’s like having eyes and then suddenly getting the ability to perceive sound. This whole new science will take decades to unlock, and we’re just getting started. As Einstein predicted, any mass moving through space generates ripples in spacetime. When you’re just walking along, you’re actually generating tiny ripples. If you can detect these ripples, you can work backwards to figure out what size of mass made the ripples, what direction it was moving, etc. Even in places that you couldn’t see in any other way. Let me give you a couple of examples. Black holes, obviously, are the low hanging fruit. When they’re not actively feeding, they’re completely invisible, only detectable by how they gravitational attract objects or bend light from objects passing behind them. But seen in gravitational waves, they’re like ships moving across the ocean, leaving ripples of distorted spacetime behind them. With our current capabilities through LIGO, astronomers can only detect the most massive objects moving at a significant portion of the speed of light. A regular black hole merger doesn’t do the trick - there’s not enough mass. Even a supermassive black hole merger isn’t detectable yet because these mergers seem to happen too slowly. This is why all the detections so far have been intermediate-mass black holes with dozens of times the mass of our Sun. And we can only detect them at the moment that they’re merging together, when they’re generating the most intense gravitational waves. If we can boost the sensitivity of our gravitational wave detectors, we should be able to spot mergers of less and more massive black holes. But merging isn’t the only thing they do. Black holes are born when stars with many more times the mass of our Sun collapse in on themselves and explode as supernovae. Some stars, we’ve now learned just implode as black holes, never generating the supernovae, so this process happens entirely hidden from us. Is there a singularity at the center of a black hole event horizon, or is there something there, some kind of object smaller than a neutron star, but bigger than an infinitely small point? As black holes merge together, we could see beyond the event horizon with gravitational waves, mapping out the invisible region within to get a sense of what’s going on down there. We want to know about even less massive objects like neutron stars, which can also form from a supernova explosion. These neutron stars can orbit one another and merge generating some of the most powerful explosions in the Universe: gamma ray bursts. But do neutron stars have surface features? Different densities? Could we detect a wobble in the gravitational waves in the last moments before a merger?

Observer - Soothsayers

04:13
"Soothsayers" by Observer From the EP Memoirs of Hathaway https://observerohio.bandcamp.com/ Lyrics: Fresh minds of The brand new kind The shivers run Through my spine The time to tell Is why it’s divine Shivers run through my spine Circles in the ground Lead between the realms Of the lost and the found The unheard undead sounds Digging into the mortal mind Takes no time With the same old lies Horns of the sky Told us why How all these men Will meet their time to die Maintaining what’s divine Is how I control the humans’ time Shivers run through my spine I live on in infamy Through my own anonymity Soothsayers are all the same With the turn of each age Increasing the decay Seeking your disgrace In the deepest darkest place For the life that you have worked for In my debt with nothing to show for I speak for the divine So I can take All of what is yours And make it mine I speak for the divine I can take All of what is yours And make it mine So says the divine I live on in infamy Through my own anonymity
