Is First Time Sex Painful? The first time you have vaginal sex, it may hurt, or feel good, or both. ... You may also have pain or irritation during vaginal sex if your vagina isn't lubricated (wet) enough. It's totally normal to not have a lot of vaginal lubrication, and it doesn't mean anything's wrong with you or your partner. When a woman has vaginal sex for the first time, it can be a little painful. There may also be a small amount of blood, but this isn't always the case and usually occurs because the hymen has been broken during sexual intercourse. The hymen is a small piece of thin skin (membrane) that can either partially or totally cover the entrance to the vagina. A woman might already have broken her hymen without knowing about it; this can happen when playing sports or using a tampon. When a man has sex for the first time it shouldn't hurt, but he can make it easier for his partner by using foreplay, making sure there is plenty of lubrication and by being gentle and going slowly. Vaginismus, sometimes called vaginism, is a condition that affects a woman's ability to engage in vaginal penetration, including sexual intercourse, manual penetration, insertion of tampons or menstrual cups, and the penetration involved in gynecological examinations (pap tests). This is the result of an involuntary vaginal muscle spasm, which makes any kind of vaginal penetration painful or impossible. While there is a lack of evidence to definitively identify which muscle is responsible for the spasm, the pubococcygeus muscle, sometimes referred to as the "PC muscle", is most often suggested. Other muscles such as the levator ani, bulbocavernosus, circumvaginal, and perivaginal muscles have also been suggested. A woman with vaginismus does not consciously control the spasm. The vaginismic reflex can be compared to the response of the eye shutting when an object comes towards it. The severity of vaginismus, as well as the pain during penetration (including sexual penetration), varies from woman to woman ........Primary vaginismus A woman is said to have primary vaginismus when she is unable to have penetrative sex or experience vaginal penetration without pain. It is commonly discovered in teenage girls and women in their early twenties, as this is when many girls and young women in the Western world first attempt to use tampons, have penetrative sex, or undergo a Pap smear. Women with vaginismus may be unaware of the condition until they attempt vaginal penetration. A woman may be unaware of the reasons for her condition. A few of the main factors that may contribute to primary vaginismus include: a condition called vulvar vestibulitis syndrome, more or less synonymous with focal vaginitis, a so-called sub-clinical inflammation, in which no pain is perceived until some form of penetration is attempted urinary tract infections vaginal yeast infections sexual abuse, rape, other sexual assault, or attempted sexual abuse or assault knowledge of (or witnessing) sexual or physical abuse of others, without being personally abused domestic violence or similar conflict in the early home environment fear of pain associated with penetration, particularly the popular misconception of "breaking" the hymen upon the first attempt at penetration, or the idea that vaginal penetration will inevitably hurt the first time it occurs chronic pain conditions and harm-avoidance behaviour any physically invasive trauma (not necessarily involving or even near the genitals) generalized anxiety stress negative emotional reaction towards sexual stimulation, e.g. disgust both at a deliberate level and also at a more implicit level strict conservative moral education, which also can elicit negative emotions .........econdary vaginismus Secondary vaginismus occurs when a person who has previously been able to achieve penetration develops vaginismus. This may be due to physical causes such as a yeast infection or trauma during childbirth, while in some cases it may be due to psychological causes, or to a combination of causes. The treatment for secondary vaginismus is the same as for primary vaginismus, although, in these cases, previous experience with successful penetration can assist in a more rapid resolution of the condition. Peri-menopausal and menopausal vaginismus, often due to a drying of the vulvar and vaginal tissues as a result of reduced estrogen, may occur as a result of "micro-tears" first causing sexual pain then leading to vaginismus. Further factors that may contribute to either Secondary or Primary Vaginismus include: Fear of losing control Not trusting one’s partner Self-consciousness about body image Sexual abuse, rape, other sexual assault, or attempted sexual abuse or assault Misconceptions about sex or unattainable standards for sex from exaggerated sexual materials, such as pornography or abstinence Fear of vagina not being wide or deep enough / fear of partner’s penis being too large Undiscovered or denied sexuality (specifically, being asexual or lesbian) Undiscovered or denied feelings of being transgender ...Treatment Psychological According to Ward and Ogden's qualitative study on the experience of vaginismus (1994), the three most common contributing factors to vaginismus are fear of painful sex; the belief that sex is wrong or shameful (often the case with patients who had a strict religious upbringing); and traumatic early childhood experiences (not necessarily sexual in nature). People with vaginismus are twice as likely to have a history of childhood sexual interferen ..........Physical Often, when faced with a person experiencing painful intercourse, a gynecologist will recommend Kegel exercises and provide some additional lubricants. Strengthening the muscles that unconsciously tighten during vaginismus may be extremely counter-intuitive for some people. Also, vaginismus has not been shown to affect a person's ability to produ

Sex should always feel good—and when it doesn’t, your body could be trying to tell you that something is seriously wrong. If you felt a sharp pinch, pressure, tightness, soreness, or cramping during your last romp, you’re not entirely alone: About 30 percent of women report feeling pain during vaginal intercourse, according to a 2015 study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. That number skyrockets to 72 percent during anal sex (if you prepare correctly, anal sex should not be painful.) This can cause issues outside of the bedroom, too. “Pain during sex not only ruins the moment, it can have much greater consequences: fear of sex, lowered sex drive, and overall loss of intimacy,” says Debra Herbenick, PhD, a professor, director, and researcher at Indiana University’s Center for Sexual Health Promotion Just because it’s common doesn’t mean you should have to put up with it. You might feel awkward speaking up, but you’re doing yourself a disservice if you dismiss the pain. “Women need to know that pain is real, no matter what its ultimate cause,” says sexual health expert Dennis Fortenberry, MD, professor of pediatrics at Indiana University’s School of Medicine. There are plenty of things that could be messing with your time in between the sheets. Here are eight reasons sex might hurt—and exactly what you can do make it feel good again. You skipped foreplay You didn’t use lube You’re super stressed Your partner is... too big You have an infection down there You might have endometriosis Your IBS symptoms are making things worse You’re going through menopause

Vaginal Loosening Dr. Piyush Goyal MD Mobile - 9820045689 Email address - [email protected] Agarwal Nursing Home 74, Anne Villa, Jn. of 14th & 30th Road, Near St. Theresa High School, Bandra West, Mumbai - 50 Vaginal Loosening is a revolutionary new procedure that can help women with small vaginal openings. Many women with small vaginal openings find sex unpleasant or downright painful because their vaginal opening is not large enough to accommodate their partner’s penis. This condition is known as dyspareunia. Vaginal Loosening is an effective dyspareunia treatment because it enlarges the vaginal opening, making intercourse painless and even pleasurable for many women. Vaginal Loosening represents a breakthrough in treatment for dyspareunia that is caused by a small vaginal opening. The other treatment that was widely used for dyspareunia was vaginal dilators. While vaginal dilators can be used as a relatively painless method to help maintain the width of the vaginal opening after the Vaginal Loosening treatment, using them as a method to enlarge the vagina can be uncomfortable or even painful. The Vaginal Loosening Procedure Vaginal Loosening is a minimally invasive procedure designed to facilitate vaginal enlargement. First, the physician will numb the vaginal area with local anesthesia, which will keep you comfortable during the procedure and prevent you from feeling any pain. During the Vaginal Loosening procedure, the physician uses a laser to reshape the vaginal opening, making it larger and more able to accommodate a penis during sexual intercourse. The entire procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis in approximately one hour.

The oooh, oooh—ouch! is familiar when it comes to the intimate parts in your life? First of all: Don’t worry, you are not abnormal: According to the 2009 National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior, 30% of women reported pain during their last sexual encounter. Having experienced pain during sex myself, I did my own research behind the curtain of pain, and discovered a great potential. A potential that will blow your mind. And one that’s just screaming to be shared with you all. This is an amazing opportunity for you to grow and experience tons of pleasure. Here are my 6 tips that helped me and can turn your or your lover’s pain into delicious pleasure. *Disclaimer* By the way in this video I am mainly talking about pain that is a result of psychological and emotional reasons. Visit a doctor in case you are not sure if your pain might also have its roots in physical causes (such as vaginal infections and inflammatory diseases, sex too soon after childbirth, or injuries). ## Understand & Acknowledge Pain as Your Teacher Let your pain be your teacher, not something that you need to fight against. Stop fighting your pain. Breathe in and out. Pain is not necessarily something bad; it tells you a story of great value. Deeply within ourselves we know it, but we’d rather push pain aside, because it’s uncomfortable; it’s a deal breaker; it’s not something we want in the moment when it’s there. Instead we’d rather get rid of it, as quickly as possible. Best of all with a quick fix magic unicorn pill! But hey, did that ever last long or even work for good?! When you start listening to your pain closely and acknowledge it fully, it tells you exactly what needs to be transformed. Easier said then done, I know. Bear with me. So whenever you feel pain during sex again, tell your lover that it’s there, but don’t stop. Let them know they should slow down, very slow, yep super microslow. Listen! Feel! Give it space! Breathe deeply in and out! What happens when pain is being heard and listened to, is that it turns into pleasure. Pain transforms into Joy. The moment when we look deep into our shit, claim it, it’s the moment when we realize that it’s all just ok. And that’s where the magic begins, the moment of relaxation. Putting an end to worrying that there is something wrong with you. Sexy Fix: Let your pain be your teacher. ## Create the Most Delicious Love Nest As cheesy as it might sound, candles and soft music do a great job to make your love nest more trustworthy and safe. Studies have found that women can let go more easily when they find themselves in a more romantic environment. Feeling safe is essential for the relaxation part that you need for fully letting go of your worries and tensions. Which is, by the way, the number one reason for painful sex in the first place. So invest some time in your love nest. Sexy Fix: Feng-Shui it up, decorate it fairy like, light up some candles, use incense, create the temple that you deserve, whatever it takes to create the most special love temple for you and your lover. ## Make the Warm Up Phase More Exciting Every sex coach says it again and again. The length of the foreplay is crucial, so make it as exciting as you can. And especially in ways where you can relax. Don’t like oral sex, because it makes you tense? Do something else then! Massage, kiss, cuddle, pillow fight, whatever turns you ON! Show your lover how you want it. And if you don’t know: figure out by yourself through, yep, masturbation beforehand. Check whether you are wet enough; is your sex swollen? The second point is actually quite crucial, as it shows the blood flow of your sexual glands. If you really cannot get wet, use lube. But know that your body is capable of producing it once you are ready. So rather stay a bit longer in the warm up phase until your body is also up for it. No need to stress. You’ve got all the time that you need. Actually exciting times! Sexy Fix: Explore your desires. Make love to yourself if you don’t know where is up or where is down. Figure out what excites you! ## Work on Your Surrendering Skills Stop fighting with yourself. ... continue reading: http://orgasmicdiscourses.com/painful-sex-turn-pain-into-pleasure

According to the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at Indiana University, up to 30 percent of women aged 18 to 59 experience some type of pain during sex in their lifetimes, compared with just 5 percent of men. Post-menopausal women are more likely to suffer from it than young women, but it can happen at any age for a variety of reasons. CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook discusses the issue with Dr. Lori Warren, an Ob-Gyn and gynecologic surgeon.

Bleeding After Sex Symptoms: The many variables surrounding sex make it so that it rarely means the same thing twice, but one thing is certain: bleeding after sex with pain is something to take notice of. The underlying principle of sex is conception and bleeding after sex is not an intended consequence. The female anatomy is designed to take steps towards preventing damage during sex that causes bleeding after sex. If you see bleeding after sex, it is important to consider all symptoms and any possible causes of bleeding after. Bleeding after sex can present itself with the following symptoms: -Pelvic or vaginal pain during or after sex. -Itching or burning sensations. -Inflamed or red vaginal tissue. -Burning during urination. -Vaginal dryness. The vagina is a complex structure extending from the vulva to the cervix. During sexual arousal, moisture is increased to facilitate smoother penetration during sexual activity. Vaginal bleeding after intercourse can be normal after you have sex for the first time or if it has been a long time since your last sexual experience. Sometimes bleeding will stop and heal on its own, but it may also be a sign of more serious conditions. Bleeding After Sex with Pain & without Pain Causes Overview: Bleeding after sex with pain may be caused by direct trauma or from several illnesses. It is not uncommon for vaginal penetration during sex to irritate the vagina or cervix and cause bleeding during sex. While the bleeding after sex may appear to be directly associated with sex, there is also the possibility of other root causes. Common causes of bleeding after sex include: Environmental causes of Bleeding after Sex: Trauma: The vagina is designed to increase moisture during sexual arousal to help reduce friction during intercourse. Without enough moisture, or if the penetration is too vigorous, friction could cause irritation to the cervix or vaginal tissue. The insertion of items into the vagina during sex may also cause bleeding during sex. Menstruation: Bleeding is typically a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Bleeding after sex may be associated with menstruation if sex occurred immediately before, during, or after a period. Medical causes of bleeding during and after sex: Infection: Infections, in the form of sexually transmitted diseases, can be passed between partners during sex. These infections can cause bleeding from the cervix to the fallopian tubes. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis are sometimes associated with bleeding after sex and are examples of such diseases. Tumors: Cancerous growths can damage the inner components of the vagina. Bleeding after sex can be an early warning sign of cervical cancer. Bleeding After Sex Treatments and Relief: Bleeding after sex should be taken seriously, especially if atypical. There are times when the bleeding after sex is minor and may subside without additional care; however, even small amounts of blood signal that it is time to consult your doctor. In particular, contact your doctor if you experience any of the following: -Heavy flow of blood after sex. -Pain associated with bleeding, either during or after sex. -Bleeding that occurs several days after sex. At-home treatments for bleeding after sex: Over-the-Counter Medications: Reducing the amount of friction during sex can help limit bleeding after sex. Also a variety of medications are available to treat vaginal dryness and increase moisture. ☛ Subscribe Our Channel For More Health & Lifestyle Videos! ☛ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzgQ1Axhg3SC-oNQKNJZ8rQ ► We hope you find this "bleeding after sex with pain" and "bleeding after sex no pain" video very informative, If you like it then please share it with your friends on social media. How To Treat Vaginal Dryness And Stop Painful Sex. If vaginal dryness is causing discomfort during sex, try one of these natural lubricants instead of a pricey commercial one made with some of the same chemicals found in products like brake fluid and oven cleaner. Vaginal changes are common and normal after menopause. The changes are because of declining estrogen levels. As we approach menopause, our hormone levels start to fluctuate. Once menopause occurs, our estrogen levels naturally decline, which causes our vaginal tissue to change. For some women, sex can become very painful.

Get on the women's sexual empowerment newsletter: http://bit.ly/2QuOQT7 Hormone Balance Webinar: https://trustyclick.com/hormonebalop Hormone Health Program: https://trustyclick.com/hormonebalsp Vaginal rejuvenation series: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_t-P1O6KRRblxK-nZrq4bxG9d1zUSpBK The last thing a woman wants is to associate her lover’s penis with pain. And yet for so many us, that’s exactly what happens. Unfortunately, a lot of women go ahead and have intercourse anyway, which can actually make matters worse. The other night Tim and I were making love. And I realized I was done… I felt complete and needed a break. Sometimes if I rest, my desire returns and I want to “go again.” Yet other times, I am ready to go to sleep or get up and go do something. Early on in our marriage, if he hadn’t yet come, I’d keep going even though I didn’t want to. But after we went through our sexual education (the kind of information we bring you today) I began to understand that if I did anything sexual out of obligation, it just made me want sex less and less over time. Now I am completely honest with Tim about what’s going on for me. I don’t moan unless it’s a real moan. Then he knows I am truly enjoying myself. I don’t keep having intercourse if I am not thoroughly enjoying it. For about 18 months I had pain with intercourse. I’d try to go as long as I could. But sometimes I had to stop. I was always honest with him about how it was going. Tim appreciates this because then I don’t have a chip on my shoulder about forcing myself. He knows if we are having sex that I AM enjoying myself. He doesn’t have to worry because he knows I’m truthful. He can always masturbate later if he doesn’t get to ejaculate. Or not. He’s not a slave to his ejaculation since he learned how to have full body, energy orgasms from our Multi-Orgasmic Lover for Men program. I make love for as long as my body is enjoying it. That guy can go on and on and on and on! I’m always the one that says, OK, I’m done! But not all women have as understanding a partner. And many women really suffer from painful sex. So I got together with Dr. Jessica Drummond to talk about the causes and solutions of painful sex for women. If you or your partner have pain with sex, definitely watch this video. And if you want to know more about the vaginal rejuvenation procedures I did to get rid of my pain, that whole series is on my Better Lover YouTube channel as well. In this video, Dr. Jessica Drummond and I discuss the most common causes of painful sex and what a woman can do about it. #PainDuringSex
