How To Add Variable Pricing Product Options In WooCommerce

80 ratings | 44133 views
In this video I show you how to add variable pricing for your projects in WooCommerce using the Gravity Forms Add-on. This useful for store owners that have products that have multiple options such as size, color, etc and the price adjust accordingly to the option. You will need to purchase both Gravity Forms and The Add-on. http://www.gravityforms.com - Gravity Forms http://www.woothemes.com/products/gravity-forms-add-ons/ Thanks to store owner for letting us use this in this tutorial: http://www.handmadetackle - Big Game Fishing Lures

It's a nightmare this product variable, i change some thing en it's make it more fucktup.... then before, combine 2 prices to get a higher price, no way that this work!! and the are no normal plugins that make it easier for you???? My problem is, for explain: someone buy a SSD from the site for 75 euro, now the second option is do you want to come to me for free to repair the SSD our do we pick up your PC for 15 euro extra, so if someone put the 2 options it's must be 90 euros, but the other option to bring the pc to my house for the fix it's still giving me 90 euro, i try everything to change but no luck, so this system is fucktup!!!? Now after this video i must buy a high prices plugin that do the work what i want, pfff i hate wordpress!!!

Thanks for the video. Would this work for wholesale pricing. Example give a product an option for a customer to select. Example 1 dress is $50 but if you buy one lot of 5 dresses it would cost $200. So the customer has an option to select just a single dress or wholesale if they want to resell etc

Hi, Thanks for the video, I;ve tried this but have a problem, First I'm from India. Hence Gravity form would by default not have "INR" as currency. Post my research i found this video that helped me with the code. Quoting the code here ""INR" => array("name" => __("Indian Rupee", "gravityforms"), "symbol_left" => 'Rs.', "symbol_right" => "", "symbol_padding" => " ", "thousand_separator" => "'", "decimal_separator" => '.', "decimals" => 2)," This worked and i could see "Indian Rupee" as a drop down in Gravity Forms "Settings" page. Now when I what you have suggested I'm not getting the refreshment of dropdown variation selected. Say "Front Print" is for 750 and "Front + Back" is for another 100 INR its by default taking it as 750 and not changing it to 850 INR. Hence I'm not able to see any difference. Can you help?
Hello Michael. I followed your video step by step, created the form, but it does not integrate with my product where the options get added to the price. I have wordpress 4.0 and using maya woocommerce theme. What am I missing? Thanks Daniel

Thanks, good tutorial.  It worked with WP 4.0 . I don't see the colors displaying an image when selected, not sure if the Gravity forms can do this?
I purchased the plug-in based on your video - but my form is not working. The first line of pricing option does not show - with show the description but not the price and the price changes in the form. Have no idea why.

Hi there, Thanks for the tutorial. Unfortunately, after WP update 3.9, I was unable to replicate your advice. Not sure if it's a Woo GF extension issue, or me.
