ARE THEY WORTH IT?!
Today, I'm comparing cheap to expensive loafer mules. I have five pairs of loafer mules that are a perfect shoe addition for your Spring & Summer shoe closet (Gucci Princetown Loafer Mule vs Dupes). Which dupes are you favorite?

Thanks for the review. I subscribed, but I have to admit I'm more interested in the shirt you were wearing. Where did you get it? I love houndstooth and have been searching for a blouse exactly like the one you were wearing. Would love to know more about it. You look lovely and thanks for doing the review on the shoes, the information is definitely helpful.
You are just adorable! I love your personality! Great review and comparison of this style shoe showing a wide variety of price ranges and quality. I have a couple of pairs of Steve Madden ballet flats and they fit well, are super comforatble and are good quality so I am on my way to pick up the Kandi in Rose Gold to wear on Thanksgiving right now!!
I like the Gucci's, but I don't care if Gucci's mom made them there's no way I'd spend 600 and something bucks on them. It's not that serious. And as far as examining the details I feel that's a waste of time.
The Gucci loafers leather creases easily after not too many wears so I don't think they were worth the premium price. :( They're really beautiful but even in this video, you can see some creasing at where the foot flexes.
After watching video on how to tell the quality of mens leather shoes, I don’t think any of those shoes are actually worth the money, including Gucci. Why can’t women shoemakers put the same amount of time and craftsmanship to women’s shoes? And yet, the markups are considerably higher!
First video of yours that I’ve watched and I’m hooked! I like how you are so relatable. You seem very easygoing and fun and you did the comparison really well pointing out the good and bad in each one matter-of-factly.
And you are rocking that lipstick 😅
IMO there is no comparison to the Gucci loafers because the craftsmanship is perfection. I have 3 pairs of Gucci loafers and I want to add at least one or two more colors. They are just amazing 😉 great review!
am i the only one who has a problem wearing mules?they always come off when i walk.i have wide fit feet so i bought one which fits the widest part of my feet best but since it's backless it slips off my feet when i'm walking.am i wearing it wrong?is that even a possibility lol?to wear a shoe wrongly
As one of the crazy people with Gucci’s loafers in different colours - resole them before you start wearing the shoe. Leather will wear off super fast and it’s better to fix it before than after. Also, since they are so thin in the front, you will want extra protection otherwise the top will scuff. But they are the most comfy shoes ever made!
Heroes, are you interested in being part of the success of poor women and providing jobs for them?

Sam Edelman are notorious for shoes being prescuffed and they are being sold as new. Even if you buy direct from SamEdelman.com, your chances of getting a prescuffed shoes are high. Not just their mules, also their pumps as well. Cannot say for other type of shoes that they sell. The good side is they are generally comfortable. As for the glue, pretty much no one is going to notice the glue when you are walking in them, as they most likely not going to rest their head on the ground just to see if they can see the glue, so probably shouldn't worry too much about the glue.
I just tried the Gucci ones on in Chicago and fell in love. Gorgeous shoes....and although I do buy some high end designer things, I decided to see what dupes were out there. I ordered the target ones and Sam Edelman Laurna mules...trying to decide which to keep. This video was helpful. I’m surprised you didn’t include the Sam Edelman Laurna ones...they match Gucci pretty well and are great quality, too. The only problem is that they run big and are a little wide on my feet...the Gucci ones were so good!!!❤️ Still deciding what to do.
Great video! People really need to change their minds about how they consume fashion. Americans are def taught to consumer fashion cheaply and often, which personally I believe is a waste of money, horrible for the environment, and usually made on the backs of people being abused and underpaid. I only own 7 pairs of shoes almost of which are designer and are well made and I’ve had for years. Don’t waste your money on cheap knockoff its never worth it in the end.
Before, I thought loafers were soooo ugly. Like come on... backless? I looks like a sandal from the back and oxford in the front. "Party in the back, business in the front" (I typed this while watching and you said this too lol). BUT THEN I TRIED THE TARGET BLACK ONES AND OH MY GAWD! Totally in love and started buying even the heeled ones. They just look so effortless and great with jeans, shorts, even dresses depending on the color.
I bought a pair of black Gucci Jordaan loafers last year and, to this day, they're still the most comfortable shoes I own - they are worth every cent of that 580€! They're a classic - they're chic, versatile (I wear them with skirts, dresses, shorts and jeans), and functional. I've been thinking about getting another black pair since I've used them so much I want to have another in reserve just in case...haha...but I guess I'll consider the Princetown for a change, or the softer version of Jordaan, the Brixton.
I have the Steve Madden dupes of these. They look great and I've had them for almost a year now. They haven't fallen apart anywhere but the toe area creased MASSIVELY after wearing for only 3 months. It doesn't even look like nice worn weather it just looks like I need a new pair.
Honestly, "fake" plastic leather are some of the most uncomfortable materials for shoes, especially for closed toes shoes. They are hard, rub against your feet, turn into an ugly shape after wear, make your feet sweat, and doesn't let your feet breathe at all. Look at how the target shoes looked when she wore them. $600s is probably too much for me for now, but I'd spend $100-$200 for shoes.
Hello, great video. When you walk does your foot slip off? Just wondering, I’ve always wanted a pair but with nothing covering the back of my foot I feel like I might be scraping my feet around trying to hold my shoes in like an old lady when I walk LOL
I just bought the ones from target, I don't want to spend a lot of money in a trend that may not last. Plus here in California I'm not a ale to wear them all year long because during summer is crazy hot and during winter is crazy cold.
I vote for one on the middle. In my world important to have a genuine leather and I don't mind little glue, no one will see it when you wear it. I also try to avoid distinctive details, like this metal embellishments, because devil is in the details.
This is a unique real vampire website for vampires as well as the curious. It has valuable information for any real vampire and is based on scientific evidence. It also leads to other good websites for real vampires.
This is why I "think" Im a real vampire They have no desire to use us as lab rats or slaves. Before reading any farther on this site, This website is not made for poser vamps, close-minded people, or those who think that they are, or claim to be a vampire because they think the spirit of a vampire entered them at some time making them a vampire. We call these people posers, which they are; they are confused lost children. This site is not here for them in any way! It is for real vampires, curious people, and open-minded skeptics. The best compliment that you can give to this site, is telling all of your friends about it.
Real vampires are not pure fiction.
The Headache Paradox: It is scientifically impossible to have a headache, seeing that there are no pain receptors in the brain. Yet we continue to search for answers to what causes a headache, because we all know that headaches do exist.
Between a combination of the fact that our brains are roughly nothing more than a highly advanced mass of nerves, and that every function is controlled by signals that our brain sends through our nerves to the rest of our bodies, I think that if we could somehow make our nerves send stronger, more efficient signals at a quicker speed it would have a lot of different results. Including heightened sense (both physical and psychic) moving quicker both running and walking along with arm movement etc. The brain being just nerves would obviously also be effected, resulting in quicker more efficient thinking, which naturally would make us smarter, more observant, and have much sharper reflexes.
Some say that is an overly simplified form of how the brain functions, which it is. To them I say make the axons 12-15% wider, resulting in signals being sent much more quickly through the brain. Allowing neurons to create more connections without loss of speed, and the 10,000+ miles of blood vessels in the brain doubling as an additional cooling system for the brain. I could write a book on the cascade of effects that alone causes for people when they are changed in to a real vampire, however for now I will leave it in this simplified form.
